This page explains our different pricing packages for the Helpline Transfer Service.
We charge commercial businesses an annual licence fee for the service. Charities and not-for-profits can access the service free of charge.
- Basic package – £3,000
- Enhanced package – £5,000
What is included in each package?

- An annual licence for your business to transfer calls directly into the National Gambling Helpline via a designated line
- Access to our Helpline Transfers Hub eLearning for your staff
- Quarterly data* on the quantity, quality and outcomes of call transfers
- Feedback from Helpline Advisers
Not Included:
- Quarterly analysis of call transfer data*
- Real customer journeys*
- Mid-year refresher webinar for your staff with a GamCare trainer

Fees are charged annually and exclude VAT.
*All data is anonymised to protect customer confidentiality. Organisations that do not meet our minimum threshold for transfers in a single quarter will be issued with data when the threshold has been met, to ensure the anonymity of callers.
