You can talk in confidence to our advisers free of charge over the phone or online. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you wish to make a complaint about a gambling business please visit the Gambling Commission website.

Complaints from gambling businesses that GamCare had assessed against the requirements of the Safer Gambling Standard can be made using GamCare’s Complaint Policy.
