Formal mechanism for businesses to evaluate the success of staff training on the subject of social responsibility and safer gambling, as well as determining the ongoing relevance of such training programmes.

What is training evaluation?

Training evaluation allows businesses to fully assess the impact of training received from GamCare and to track staff behaviour change as a result. It consists of follow-up sessions conducted three- and nine months after the initial training is delivered. Sessions are provided as ‘active-learning’ seminars, which can be delivered online or in person. These sessions provide opportunity for reflection on training outcomes, behaviour change and any future training needs.
